As Will Smith said, the separation of talent and skill is one of the most misunderstood concepts

for people who are trying to excel, who have dreams, who want to do things.

Talent you have naturally.

Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft.

That's what I want everybody to understand.

I want everybody out there right now that feels useless, that feels like they're not as good

as other people that feel like they have no worth and no value.

It's like a pandemic that we're living through, a people who don't believe in themselves.

But the reason they don't believe in themselves is because they're not understanding the difference

between talent and skill.

Don't worry about your talent.

Not everybody has great talent.

I certainly did not have any great talent when I was younger.

But I had that drive to get better.

And as Will Smith said, I never viewed myself as particularly talented where I excel is

ridiculous, sickening, work ethic.

And that's what's going to separate you.

That's what's going to give you that sense of worth.

And here is the hard truth about worth to have self-worth.

You must do something that makes you worthy.

You've actually got to go earn it.

And I know that we don't want to hear that.
