deeply as their heroic journey of Kevin Power in our relentless pursuit of success.

Sometimes our insatiable drive can overshadow the true essence of our existence,

the profound influence of meaningful human connections.

This morning I want to share with you the epic tale of Kevin Power, one that underscores

the transformative impact these connections can have on our lives.

Kevin, a devoted husband, father of three and grandfather of four, was a highly accomplished financial advisor in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Kevin was not merely an overachiever, he was a man of relentless dedication. Kevin loved helping people.

In addition to putting in long office hours, helping clients with their financial goals and

dreams, he also volunteered a remarkable 20 to 30 hours a week as a prison chaplain.

He met daily with inmates offering them hope and encouraging words.

Also, a passion for fly fishing and hunting,

Kevin's life was a whirlwind,

leaving an indelible mark on everybody that he encountered.

Yet it was his discovery of the hero's journey that steered him onto an unexpected path forever

altering his life's course.

Along this path, he encountered two remarkable souls who

would become his accountability group, Paul and Danny.
