My name's Ali.

And I'm on staff here.

And, you know, when it's the three of you, typically, you're just sharing all your wisdom of all that you've learned. And I feel like I get to spend a fair amount of time with the two of you in different meetings and you're easily two of the smartest people I personally know. And so I feel like this is about to be just an hour of me asking questions. I honestly just want to know the answers to and you teaching me and

hopefully people get some stuff out of it. I'm sure. You know many things. How old are you,

Allie? I'm 31. Awesome. And I'm married to Wes. Five and a half years we've been married you guys.

Let's go. And we have two girls who are three and one, which I'm

convinced are the hardest ages. I know like every age is hard and it gets harder, but three and

one is terrible. It's a lot happening. Then it gets real sweet. Like when you have no diapers,

no driver's license, enjoy those days. Oh.

And then it all goes to crap again.

But it's great.

It's different stages of hard, right?

Parenting, it's like the season you're in right now is just about like persistence and perseverance. And, you know, it's physical because, you know, they're very physically needy and you're having to do very physical things.
