Jason, the sales emails that you and I are getting lately are out of control. You and I are passing them back and forth and it's really just gone crazy. I don't know who's doing what template or who's sharing pro tips in the salesy world underbelly of LinkedIn or whatever but it's

gone to a whole new level.

It is so funny that you say who is sending out the template because that is always what I wonder

we're getting and I'm sure we are not the only ones in the world to get this.

These out of this world weird sales emails where they're at once overly casual and overly

jokey and often there's like a slight of hand involved where they're talking about something

and then it really goes somewhere else and what I imagine is that there's like a

sales conference somewhere and there's some leader that everyone is listening to who's like people's

inboxes are crowded and you have one second to get their attention and so what you

got to do is you got to be so crazy that they can't not listen to you.

And then they just have these weirdo templates for what to do.

But I can't imagine that it works,

because every time that I get one of these incredibly strange emails, and I know you're about to share one of them with us,

I always just think, I am so offended that you wasted my time trying to understand what in the

hell you have sent me, that I would never respond to this even if I was

interested in what you were selling so I need to understand what is underneath this yeah it's the

totally opposite effect first of all how did you get my email? Who the heck are you? Is this a real company?
