But just discussions to have ways to live out the principles of the gospel that we're finding. We want to help everybody have a Jesus centered and a scripture centered home. So that's why we're here. Something that you need to know about me is I hate to waste my time. I'm just not built for that. I, if something's going to be a waste of my time, I'm just simply not going to do it. And to the point, me and my mom

1:03.2	think it's worth it because if I'm just going to unmake it every single day. That is against all
1:08.8	cultural, every podcast, every life coach right now in all of America. And you heard it here first. And I stand by it. Making your bed, waste of time. You don't need to do that. I feel like everyone, Jay Shetty, Mel Robbins, everyone has research. The Navy SEALs. Sit them down next to me. Like the Navy Seals make their bed.
