We are covering the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping, some new information,

but something I've never seen in a kidnapping case before.

And that is the family seemingly directly communicating via, of course, television with the kidnappers.

This is the latest in an unfolding investigation into the disappearance and suspected kidnapping of

84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, mother of NBC Today show co-anchor, Savannah Guthrie.

the family appealing to the kidnappers.

This also makes me believe that the police have contact with the kidnappers.

And I'll discuss some of the ramifications of that and where that would bring this

investigation.

And just to recap a little bit, Nancy Guthrie was last seen on the evening of January 31st,

2026 in Tucson, Arizona.

According to law enforcement, Nancy was dropped off at her home in the Catalina foothills

by her son-in-law, Tomaso Sione, after a family dinner making him the last known person to see her alive.
