Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome to the Busy Mom Podcast. We have been

talking for a couple of days now about some things that are happening in the culture.

We talked about that video of that guy who tried to lure, you know, in his little kids

away from their mothers with a puppy. We talked about the threat of ISIS here in the United

States and the fact that the Pentagon has raised the terror level to what it was just after

9-11. It hasn't been this high since post 9-11. And just about a culture of fear that we

are living in. And it is my belief, and Dorenda's belief also that God has equipped us to

live in this generation and to be ready for whatever comes. And we're ready for that by our

walk with the Lord. We get ready by reading the Word. We get ready on our knees in prayer.

Right. Before the Lord. And we're not saying this because we've never felt fearful. Right?

All right. Fear is one of the biggest battles in motherhood. And I think recognizing it and

for what it really is, which is a lie from the enemy. And going back to God's Word over and over again.

Again, yeah. Is the answer. And because of those hard learned lessons, we want to pass those on
