Those aren't your thoughts. Wake up.

There's a silence here.

That's closer to your script than the one you've been gripping.

That's become crumpled and sweaty in your hands. Let it go. And feel the coolness

return to your palms, to your mind, the warmth is returning to your heart. You hear the silence

between my words like a siren, like thunder, but the storm is retreating.

The waves are calming. The sun is returning.

Breathe until every tight, every held, every hidden tension is dissolved.

But don't try to relax. Don't try to stop resisting. Just feel the relaxation blossoming.

Feel the non-resistance surfacing. Feel the peace coming of its own accord. Because you turned to me, beckoned me with your pain, with your beliefs that I'm not here. I who am your mother, your father. The real love that has been calling to you since before you came to know the false, the fake. You have grown in your discernment.

You no longer want what the world wants.
