And it's been a pleasure getting to know you guys. But just for the listeners, I want to definitely emphasize this. You guys are unique because you guys moved from Chicago in the mortgage industry. Not only did you move out to San Diego where you had to kind of start over your network, but you guys build a massive network out here and you guys did it the right way. But the first thing I want to cover and ask you guys is, because I think this is very unique, you know, when you get into relationships, there's two ways to kind of go about it, right?
