Well, we're married and we're a couple, but I've also been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. So keep my last name. earned it. Yeah, I love it. And you didn't make any difference to me. So I first met you guys on the, you guys were literally on the back of your boat pulling out when we were pulling in from Catalina. And I think Tracy was on the back of your guys, boat hollering at the Marriott Marott Marquis. And we've been able to get a lot closer over the past month or two. And it's been a pleasure getting to know you guys. But just for the listeners, I want to definitely emphasize this. You guys are unique because you guys moved from Chicago in the mortgage industry. Not only did you move out to San Diego where you had to kind of start over your network, but you guys build a massive network out here and you guys did it the right way. But the first thing I want to cover and ask you guys is, because I think this is very unique, you know, when you get into relationships, there's two ways to kind of go about it, right? It's like, okay, as a guy, if you're a business owner, you're going to either have a spouse

or a girlfriend that kind of like supports you, supports your business, but they're not in the

weeds building it with you, but you guys are literally building this business together. You

guys are in the trenches. You guys move really quick. I'm doing a transaction with you guys

as we speak and you guys are freaking awesome work with you guys push

things along uh always responsive and uh in like money like speed right that's the number one thing

but curious from a relationship standpoint uh what is it like kind of like that husband-wife duo

building it together because i'm sure you guys see each other a lot take it over me well i think

that we are best friends first and foremost of
