0:47.5	city of Chicago despite an ongoing lawsuit over the legality of their deployment. FBI director

0:55.7	quote, Chicago will be saved and this FBI will continue to crush violent crime there and around
1:01.8	the country, end quote. Meanwhile, Homeland Security Secretary Christine Noam traveled to Portland,
1:06.8	Oregon to visit the local ice facility as the administration pushes to deploy troops there.
1:12.5	Around 400 National Guard troops are currently stationed at military bases in Oregon, but Trump
1:18.6	appointed federal judge there has ordered it to be blocked that deployment for Portland,
1:24.2	at least for now. The governors of both Illinois and Oregon condemned the president's
1:28.7	deployment of the National Guard troops, and they called for all of them to get sent back home.
