Hello everybody. This is not an episode. I think I've made that clear. I'm not going to pause now and unfortunately there's

no one here to tell me to get on with it and edit what I'm saying. So apologies. But I just thought

I would get in touch to say hello during this break to check in. That's what I'm doing. I'm

checking in with nobody and everybody

who is listening. Right, this might be absolute nonsense. But there's a couple of things. I just wanted

to impart. One is my normal apology that I'm quite behind on the email responses, probably as behind as I've been,

so I will respond, but I had every intention to do it while I was away hasn't happened yet but I will get back

to you shortly I do love the longer emails but they are the ones that I'm a bit slower to respond to

because I can in that finish a completer version of myself I can go always, always a quick one now, I can respond to that

quickly. So if you sent a longer email, thank you. Thank you for taking that time, but I may be a

bit slower in responding to you, but I guarantee I will respond to you unless I don't,

but hopefully I will. I guarantee it guarantee it um so that's that I also while I'm

still meditating a lot I had a couple of recommendations so I thought I would tell them to you now

in case you're casting about with thinking oh oh, what else can I listen to?

I have recently started listening to the Ram Dass Foundation.

Guidelines, they're not guidelines, you know, the bit below me talking now.

I have found or discovered Ram Dass,

the Ram Dass organization has started posting up guided meditations, which are essentially little snippets taken from, I think, kind of longer lectures that he's done. Now, they were a bit clunky to deal with because most of them, I think, are on SoundCloud.

So we'll put the link up to it kind of generally.
