we at least should be a little clearer about the state of the UK economy and when interest rates are likely to rise, Mark Carney,

Governor of the Bank of England, which of course has to keep Schum doing election periods,

has delivered his quarterly inflation report.

The economy is growing, unemployment is falling, earnings growth is improving,

and there is no evidence that household spending is being delayed.

We're reflecting on this and we hear a lot here on consuming issues about budgeting.

It's being the key to financial success.
