Thank you so much for having me, you guys. I'm so excited. Bree, what does design mean to you when why is it important for rookie investors? Yeah, I mean, I think it's incredibly important.
0:56.2	I'm so glad we're talking about it today. But design, the way I look at it, is a little bit
1:00.7	differently, I think, than most. It's beyond the aesthetics, in my opinion. So, of course,
1:06.2	it's about curating a beautiful space and, of course course creating that experience and that optimal guest
1:13.1	experience but it's also blending in this aspect of strategy and having a strategy to ensure that
1:20.6	you are evoking an emotion with your ideal guest or your ideal buyer and that you are really trying to resonate with them and create
1:30.7	that optimal experience. But in addition to that, I think it's really the most powerful tool
1:36.6	to increase perceived value on a property to ensure that you stand out amongst your competition
1:43.4	and to drive increased revenue.
1:46.3	So I think it's a lot of things, but that's kind of how I define design.
