All right, what are we talking about today?

I want to talk to you about something that most guys do.

I've done this many times in my life before.

And it is absolutely killing your confidence and your chances with more women.

I like to say it's the concept of scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Do you do this in your life?

What is scraping the bottom of the barrel?

It means you're going for the women who are closest to you.

And while that's not a bad thing, we'll go into that in a little bit here.

You're going for the women who you believe are the low-hanging fruit.

I say believe because they're not necessarily the low-hanging fruit because they're not

necessarily options.

But you believe that they're options and because they're actually not options, they are the

bottom of the barrel.

And I will give you a few examples in just a bit of these women who surround you that

you are going for and you're wasting your time.

This episode is inspired by a few coaching clients that I have and if you're listening,

you know who you are, who deal in situations like this.
