And we think that can be exhausting.

But as everybody knows, what can be much more exhausting is what's going on in our lives.

Even if there's not anything very exciting going on, even just the mundanity of trying to keep the whole thing going, the cycle repeating.

But how lucky are we?

How lucky are we that we get to do it every day?

Wake up, take breath and then make connections with people like this on this show.
