whatever you want to call it, to following up with your leads based on what kind of leads they are.

There's a big difference here. And we're going to really break this down. But fundamentally,

we have to start here, right? Real estate investing breaks down into three parts, and each of those

three parts have their own three parts. Now, we talk about lead generation, a tremendous amount
