0:29.3	Yeah. Was that unexpected? So yes and no. Yes and the fact that she declined so quickly. She died at 61, so she left us
0:42.2	her IRA, which has about 300,000 in it. And then the main reason I'm calling is because
0:49.9	the house that she left has $60,000 left on it.
0:55.0	And I'm just wondering, should I, what I'm planning to do is rent it out and have my renters

1:01.1	But I also have the life insurance, which is, I got about $90,000 left on that, just
1:06.9	kind of sitting in my bank account.
1:08.8	Should I just go ahead and pay the mortgage off completely
1:11.4	and then have that passive income or what would you guys do?
