You'll have folks who will start leasing out their place through Airbnb,

mostly some VRBO but mostly Airbnb and it becomes a house party environment

and neighbors particularly retirees but folks for whom their home is everything.

This is all they got and they're in a town home or a condo.

It's densely populated.

They pick up the trash in their neighborhood, they keep their homes spotless,

and then all of a sudden these trashy people come in, and they start complaining. Of course, they're called racist. Of course, these

people are emboldened. And the wilder the parties the shootings the sex out in the middle of the street

the urinating in your yard the prostitution prostitution, the drugs, all of it. Urban police departments don't want to do anything

about it. So we brought you the story at 1605 Potomac, which is right next to Houston Country Club.

I mean, you're talking about a pretty nice neighborhood. One of the nicest, just west of the Galleria.

You know, there are all those townhomes in there.
