1:23.1	regarding about buying a house. So the situation that I'm on right now is that
1:28.8	right now I currently live in Las Vegas and it's just getting more and more
1:33.3	expensive on renting and the thing is me and my brother haven't always been so
1:38.7	close on financial things about saving money together and investing money. The
1:45.3	thing is he offered me to buy a house with him so instead of him, so instead of
1:51.2	me renting a keeping renting apartment here in Vegas, he offered me buying a
1:56.3	house with him and I will be paying the house with the mortgage for him on the
2:02.1	same time. The situation I'm on is that I live with my girlfriend and I don't
2:07.8	I ask her what she thinks about living with my brother because he would be
2:12.3	financially better because you know he he's really he's really nice about you
2:20.0	know their payments together but I don't know how to talk to her more into it
