The Michael Berry show late last night Senate bill four you will recall that is the law

Pass by our house and Senate signed by the governor

That allowed the state of Texas at the state level to do something about illegal immigration.

Because the federal government won't.

Their policy is not neglect. Their policy is by design that we would be overrun by,

we are being replaced. Late last night, the Fifth Circuit panel ruled in a three one with three on the bench two to one

against Senate Bill four. One of those in the majority of the two is Irma Carrillo-Ramerez, who is a Biden

appointee. This is why elections matter. You get to put judges on the district court,

Court of Appeals, and of course the Supreme Court, the final court.

The other, Priscilla Rickman, I think, she used to be Priscilla Owen, I think she is a Bush appointee.

The Bush appointees are squirrely. Some of them, when it's

anything related to immigration, seem willing to side with the Democrats Democrats and I think more than anything else

just to piss off Trump and Trump supporters because they feel like they've lost

their home in the Republican Party where they used to dominate.

So the decision was 2-1. Andrew Oldham was the only correct decision on the court.

And I believe Andrew is a Trump appointing.

So this decision denies the request by Texas

to suspend the lower court order that

found Senate bill for unconstitutional.

It gets a little complicated.

The lower court ruling said that the Senate bill was in conflict with federal immigration laws and that it

violates the Constitution's supremacy clause which says that federal law preempts conflicting state laws.
