So folks, what we're really concerned with, okay, the DNA, that is what this case is all

hinging upon, is the DNA that was collected.

And we know the whole story about the DNA here.

Remember the DNA from inside the house?

It was commingled.

And then they went back and collected additional DNA.

And C.C. Moore, the great DNA expert who specializes in investigative genetic genealogy,

said the DNA is commingled.

So it could take months or a year to get that DNA returned, because it takes a while

because they've got to figure out who is who.

And also, we spoke about this on other shows.

They have to do elimination DNA.

What does that mean?

That means separate the DNA of who belonged in that house, family members, workers. But then again, how do you do that? Anyone could be a suspect, couldn't they? Anyone could absolutely be the perpetrator in this case. So how do you separate the DNA?

But we're waiting right now for the DNA to come back.

And remember some of the other snafus that we had in this case.

This man sent the DNA in the first four days.

Instead of sending it to the FBI lab in Quantico, Virginia,

he sent it to a lab in Miami, a very competent lab, I might add. But doesn't that give sort

of a problem in regards to how the evidence is the chain of custody of the evidence.

And now when you do that, the FBI and their great investigators are not involved in it

because you've taken them out of the game.
