What's it finds a great life?

Oh, these are the questions I ponder my friends.

Can I tell you that nothing brings me more joy than sharing my daily thoughts

with you here on this podcast? Thank you so much for being here. I mean... what makes a great life? I was

when I was even pondering this question,

you know, what makes a great life?

I was thinking that me showing up

and being here with you daily, that is such a big marker of a great life to me. This connectivity,

this ability for us to spend time together daily.

Oof! That is a huge marker for me of something that just feels wonderful, but I digress.

I want to think about this question a little bit differently today because often we define a great life by what we have, right, what we get to be do and have. So we get to go on this vacation, we get to be this person who achieves things, we get to have these amazing relationships, we get to grow

and expand through these gorgeous experiences with people that we care about and do cool things and

it's like get, get, receive, receive, I I want to do this I want to have this and yes

Absolutely like you know the foundation of our life is abundant look at nature we are meant to live great lives like joy is our birthright.

And a great life can also be defined by the many things that we don't have.

And I can tell you that in moments when I feel,

oh, you know, a bit tired or a bit sorry for myself

or a bit down in the dumps.

I'm just having this cycle of I don't feel that good.

You know, I almost just want to be a bit bratty and just keep to myself at home.
