things.

One, you did mention TCEQ, but my question is the current land property owners, well, they

may be grandfathered in if laws do change.

And two, I guess we could discuss further is TCEQ on what grounds can they possess the

property again or take action to do something?

What is your involvement there?

I'm just curious, how are you interested?

I come from an area where this is all over the place.

I come from South Texas and drive 15 miles north and there is, we have this here.

We've had it here for a long time and it's a growing problem.

I've seen where the people, you know, foundations and organizations are asking for funding to

help these areas.

You know, I've seen studies where they found lead and all these other contaminants that

are going against it.

But my concern is, well, let's say they do pass a law, then, I mean, will they remove

these colonias or will these colonias be existing just, you know, because their grandfathered

in?

Okay, that is, those are all very fair questions.

So I don't expect any sort of law to come out of a special session, let me start there.
