0:09.7	When you get a great idea or you have some type of inspired feeling or say a light bulb moment or an instinct to reach out to somebody, do you take immediate action?
0:25.6	Is there that lovely impulse and then a long delay and then a delayed action or perhaps no action?
0:32.9	Or do you just trust what comes up for you in the cleanest, most high integrity manner? And then
0:40.4	move forward, do the thing, say the thing, reach for the thing, just go for it and get on with it.
0:49.0	This is what I've learned. We want to act while our desire is strong because we are never given a signal to do
0:56.0	something later. Later is never. I mean, think about that. How many times have you said to yourself,
1:04.8	oh, I'll get to that later or I'll respond to that text later or I will reach out to that person
1:10.4	by email later or I'll book that
1:12.3	thing later and then the time passes you by the opportunity is lost. That desire that you felt
1:19.4	in the moment is gone. If there's one piece of advice that I would maybe give you heading into 2026, it would be to
1:30.9	trust your desires, trust your impulses, and take immediate action.
1:37.6	In the law of attraction community, they speak about inspired action.
1:41.5	So it's not hard work, pushing through, hustle. It's doing the things that feel
1:45.8	good and incoherence with you. But I would add, inspired action, yes, all for it. But I would say
1:53.6	inspired immediate action is what counts. And Dr. Joe Vitale, who as a guest on the podcast, spoke about this during
2:03.6	our interview. Please check out his interview if you haven't already. It's absolutely one of my
2:08.2	favorites and it's a favorite on the Let of the Easy podcast in general. But he says that ideas and
2:13.9	impulses that we receive are gifts. And we don't want to waste them. We don't want to
2:18.6	chuck them out before we even open them. We don't want them to gather dust over there in the
2:22.5	corner or get shut off in a room somewhere that's never revisited again. Can you do it now?
