0:38.0	For many financial mutants out there, it is one of the most powerful wealth building tools
0:43.0	that you have in your financial tool built.
0:46.1	And yet, there are some people, in our opinion, that are screwing it up and may not even realize.
0:51.3	Well, I think, look, let's not keep it a secret.
0:53.1	Why do we love 401Ks? Is that these things, first of all, free money from your employer. Anytime somebody's going to just prime the pump and give you free money, you got to get in there and get that. They're also automatic for the people, meaning if you're trying to actually make the good habits as easy as possible. There's not many things that are more automated
1:12.3	than setting of getting a 401K. Also, I love all the tax benefits. You know, now that you can do
1:17.5	Roth with your 401K, I think it was greater than 80 plus percent of employer plans now offer
1:23.4	Roth contributions. There's just so many things to get excited about. And then to find out that
1:29.2	people are just cutting the knees out right from this wealth-building opportunity just makes me sad.
1:34.7	Well, most people, most millionaires that reach millionaire status actually do so inside of their
1:40.8	401k account. It's the first account that gets them into the two comma club.
1:45.0	And according to Fidelity, right now, there are 665,000 Americans that are 401k millionaires.
