There is one little word just three letters that can transform your life.

Do you know what it is?

Do you know what it is? It's this word simply. It's the word yes. Are you saying yes enough? Saying yes to life? Saying yes to opportunities, saying yes to people. This is not to be

confused with being a doormat or being a yes man or woman or being someone who's

just always agreeable. But it's by not being afraid to move forward,

not being afraid to ask for things, assuming that it's a no if you might ask or request for something and looking at the world in an exciting supported way

versus it's really scary here as your perspective. I love love this quote from Richard Branson.

He said if someone offers you an amazing opportunity to do something and

you're not sure you can do it. Say yes. Then learn how to do it later. I've lived my life by this.

Saying yes and if I said no to so many things even getting married moving

countries going for job interviews starting a business hey starting a

podcast asking for new friends seeking out new people in different cities, I don't know what type

of life I'd have.

If I assumed that everything were a no, or simply said no to people and to what came into

my experience, I simply don't know where I would be because

yes has magic within it. And so often we can feel afraid of life. We fear failure, we anticipate the worst, and we don't know what to expect.

But often when we say note opportunities, we reject so many of life's brilliant chances.

And these are often disguised as a new career prospect

or an opportunity to step up at work,

maybe a surprise request from a friend, or really any type of unfamiliar challenge.
