3028 we really wanted to look at smaller pieces of Disney history and explore them and over time I think we both recognize

There are bigger stories we wanted to tell and now we're here. Yeah and tonight on the show we are going to explore an area of Walt Disney World that both of us really love Typhoon lagoon.

Yeah man I love Typhoon lagoon. I've been going to Typhoon lagoon for 25 years now actually 26 years the first time I went

there was in 1991 and I could and I'm telling you like as as far as theme parks go when I was a

kid this is the one that I was most excited about this

water park. Really? Yes. Oh that that's pretty cool not you know I've only been

going to gosh the water I've only been to Typhon lagoon twice I've been to Blizzard Beach once in the 10 years

I've been going Disney so this is very interesting for me you know to get your perspective on it growing up with it and then my perspective having just seen it fairly recently

So the first time that I remember like we went to Walt Disney World in 1987 and then we went again in 89 and 89 is when Disney and GM studios open so that was a whole

experience but we didn't do the water park so we had to wait until 1991 so between

89 and 91 there was all this information right burn bombs a book and this kind of stuff where you can see pictures of typhoon

But it was still really new and when we went there in 91 it was incredible. It really did live up to expectations
