Listery. I am Matt Parish and I am Kevin Quigley. Kevin this is a very special week here on the 3028 because we get to dive into recent

announcements from the Disney Company. It's not something we get to do all the time. It's kind of like a once a year thing.

We used to do history, history, history, and news.

News.

But we have not done that since the 515, what was it? The 15-5 way back in the day. So, but we do once a year we tackle either the D23 or the destination 23 whatever it is and you know it's

basically when Disney gives us all the new stuff that's coming over the next few years

movies and theme park stuff so we have a lot to talk about today because there was weirdly Matt a lot going on.

Yeah there's a ton of great stuff that I I mean, last time we talked about this, there was a lot of blue sky stuff.

Yeah.

And it sounds like more of this stuff is concrete, which kind of happens.

I mean, you can't have immense growth every single year, so sometimes

Disney holds off on things until the next year. I mean you see Apple do this all the time.

It's like, like oh it's a

headphone jack or not but they don't announce some big phone or something

until the next year so that's kind of what we got from Disney the last couple years.

However, this year, Disney released a ton of stuff,

and this is the 15th year of the D23 Expo.

So that really means that I've just been recording Disney podcast for way too long

But I remember doing the events and news from the first one ever and now here we are again.
