Yeah, yeah, I mean, Walt had a lot of interests and a lot of little, like, you know,

obsessions that he had. And this week we're going to talk about how his whims and

his obsessions defined company policy it's really going to be very interesting

yeah it's weird like if you look at the history of the world, like Walt, his obsessions were all like for good and like for people, right? And we've seen like dictators through the years who have these weird obsessions that like turn really bad.

Well I mean you know that whole story about why the English accent is the way it is now.

Some English you know guy, one of the kings way back in the day had a speech impediment and that changed the

course of history. Is that right? Everybody in the kingdom had to speak like him.

Wow yeah that would make sense right and so you have these little intricacies through history, like if you study

20th century China, like Mao had all these obsessions and they turned into some really bad things. So it's

Disneyland itself wouldn't look like it did today without his interest in

and these like film genres that he was like really into you know the

Disney TV show you know we fantasyland adventure land all that stuff so yeah and you know

his interest in fairy tales you know that that is an interesting thing for a for a guy to be into and you know

picked up a copy of Grimm's Fairy Tales got really obsessed with them and and
