2 weeks ago, Kevin and I talked about Star Wars before the Rise of Skywalker came out in theaters and here on this show we're going to give you our initial thoughts going into that film

and then our follow-up thoughts after we've both seen it.

Listry. I'm Matt Parish and I'm Kevin Quigley. Kevin, we are very excited.

Today is the unofficial, it's the soft opening of the rise of Sky Walker.

So you and I thought we would get together here and just talk about this new trilogy of Star Wars films, what we're expecting.

So Kevin, this is going to be like an unorthodoxy show for us,

because normally we have an intro and an outro and lists and the whole nine,

but here we're just gonna chat,

and I think it's interesting that you were not a Star Wars fan

prior to the Force Awakens or at least not an avid one.

And this is why this is interesting because we do this with Disney

where you have been a fan for your whole life and I didn't become a fan until I was 32.

This is so weird, it's still happening, right?

Another subject, right?

It's the whole thing.

Yeah, so Force Awakens, I liked Star Wars.

Like the first movie I didn't love and I think that might be because everyone I knew loved it. Although I saw it in 93 first and I was like bored by it and I saw it at sleepaway camp and I was bored by it and then I saw Indiana Jones and the first one raised the lost arc and I was like oh I love this yes

so it's weird and then much later I saw Empire for the first time and I was like, oh, this is a really

good movie.

And then I saw the Return of the Jedi and I was like,
