And with that, let's go ahead and get right into the main topic of today's show.

I'm going to give you the first one.

And the first one I tried to do something that most people, if you just hear it off the cuff, if you don't think about it, would say is wrong.

And the first one is liberty cannot exist in a pure democracy.

Let me say that again.

Liberty cannot exist in a pure democracy.

And the key word in there is pure. That doesn't mean that liberty cannot exist in a pure democracy. And the key word in there is pure.

That doesn't mean that liberty cannot exist in a nation where its government is elected

through a democratic process.
