A way to get out of the heat and laugh with friends.

There is no real expectation or pressure on either of them.

But when things get wet and skin starts to glisten,

neither can resist the urge to touch.

After all, the whole point, or was, was to add some innocent spice to an otherwise

dull afternoon. They just couldn't have predicted what it would lead to. The drunken cheering and

collapse. Yeah, that's about what they signed up for. Right? They're happy to play along. Feel the buzz. It's the walk back to their towels and the kiss of warm water between their legs that creates trouble. Their only audiences themselves. No guys, no other cheeky girls

looking for some stairs, only the blue sky above, dotted with puffy clouds. Nothing to interrupt the

moment between these two good friends, innocently admiring what a little

water can make pop. Nadia has the tone, the perfect mix of muscle and soft-centered feminine give.

What would it be like to touch? Lucy wonders. There's a relief knowing that Lucy isn't the only one who wonders the same. Her friend's confidence is infectious. When she was swaying her hips, arms raised high overhead. I was staring, Lucy realized with a sigh, and I'm not ashamed.

Lucy is a bit older, lives a bit more casually, and takes pride in her voluptuousness and its lack of

pretense. Has she never realized how much eye-candy Lucy could be? With only a couple

splashes of water on those curves? I wonder, Nadia thinks aloud. Has she ever had anyone look at her

like this before? Would it make her feel good if I complimented

her on it? Not to let absent thoughts damper a beautiful day. The two just lay there, talking,

laughing, admiring the horizon, basking in each other more than the sun's rays. There's no rush.

For now, they're happy enough to watch the water and each other.

It's getting late, says Lucy, conscious of time ticking past.
