Good morning. I'm Ali Valsi. It is Saturday, March 28th, and something is happening in this country

that no political analyst predicted and no pollster saw coming. It's happening in Manhattan and Los

Angeles, but it's also happening in

Beckley, West Virginia, in Jackson, Mississippi, and in towns you've never heard of in states

that went red by double digits 15 months ago. Millions of Americans are in the streets this morning,

and the remarkable thing is not just how many, it's who and where.

Here's a live look at Arlington, Virginia, where crowds are beginning to form.

People are out early this morning.

More than 3,300 events are planned for today in the smallest of towns and the biggest of cities, according to organizers.

In fact, organizers say that about two-thirds of all events are set to take place

outside of major urban centers. No Kings has succeeded in growing its movement by mobilizing a

broad coalition of Americans who are sick and tired of a president who thinks and acts like he has

unlimited powers and a government that continues to fail to address its citizens' greatest

needs. It's a movement that has brought together millions of people across the political spectrum

and surprised the world not just because of the size of the turnouts, but because of where people

were participating. This was the scene back in June, in Jackson, Mississippi, a deep red state where an estimated

1,500 protesters braved the heat and a sudden rainstorm to gather for the first No King's Day

at the state capital.

This woman is Kendra Sullivan.

She went viral last October for staging a one woman No King's protest at a street

corner in the town of Beckley, West Virginia, because the bigger No Kings protests that day were too
