Well, hey there, Dasha here. Welcome back to think positive daily affirmations for the person with a goal of living at 100%.

I hope you did your affirmations yesterday. If you did, totally awesome. If you didn't, no worries. Just start again today.

Remember in order to get the most out of this, write them down as we go through them so that you can repeat them five times each on your own and also write each one down five times.
