If he did good for you. Literally. And if you didn't, it's okay. Just start again today. Remember to write them down as we go through them so that you can repeat them five times each on your own and also write each one down five times. Leave them a notes to yourself wherever you'll see them during the day. Here we go. Life is happening in this moment. My My partner and I communicate openly and resolve conflict peacefully and respectfully. |
