Okay, did you do your affirmations yesterday? If he did, good for you. Literally. If you didn't, it's okay. Just start again today.

Remember to write them down as we go through them so that you can repeat them five times each on your own and also write each one down five times. Leave them on notes to yourself wherever you will see them during the day. Please share this podcast with anybody you know who could use a little mindset shift. Here we go. All is well in my world. I am calm, happy, and content.
