You've heard of affirmations, but have you used them successfully? Join me daily and I'll guide you through a very simple and brief activity where I'll give you 2 affirmations, a question to ask yourself and a quote to ponder. 

You do not need the book to get benefit out of the podcast. :)

Hey there, Dasha here. Welcome back to think positive daily affirmations for the person with the goal of living at 100%. And Merry Christmas to everybody who celebrates it. Did you do your affirmations yesterday? If you did, good for you. Literally. If you didn't, it's okay. Start again today. Remember to write them down as we go through them so that you can repeat them five times each on your own and also write each one down five times.

And a quick note for anybody who is adding exercise into your journey to live at 100% but perhaps you live in a concrete box or in an area that is just not conducive to getting outside and exercising. I have a series of hiking videos on my website. You can hike in the privacy of your own home where you are warm and safe and dry. You just put a big screen in front of you, or a little screen, whatever you got, and pretend you are in the beautiful black hills and hiking with the dogs. They're my dogs, but they are awesome.
