You know, something I always think about, and I actually think about this a lot at the

times when I am experiencing something.

I always say, how did the first person who created whatever this thing is I'm looking at

come up with the idea?

You know, the other day I was helping a friend with a shoot and they were making a Korean

rice cake or something like that.

And the process was so intriguing because you had to have this rocky, salty kind of flower

and just a tiny bit of water that has to have the exact type of heat for a while to release

the steam.

And then you have to beat it over and over and over until this texture comes.

And then after that you had to fry it for a little bit.

And I'm like, how did the ancestors come up with these recipes?

And I understand like how did people back in the day and tribal days know which berries

were good to eat and which weren't?

And I realized trial and error to the max, right?

Trial and error to the max.

Like how did somebody know to take wheat, grind that up and then they could end up making

some type of bread like that is in a macular process.

And I think about this stuff all the time.

How did our ancestors who we believe to have less knowledge than us and less technology

than us come up with the foundation of everything we used today are recipes.

You know, a lot of our tools, a lot of the information we have, they didn't have Google.
