I always forget what's on my nameplate and I have to turn it around and read it and it's really embarrassing. Yeah. But it never says Oracle at Delphi because today we are talking about food trends in 2026 that everyone's going to be following. 2025 had a lot of different food trends. Yeah. No, no, no. They will just be lost like tears in the rain. I think they will. I can't remember any 2024 food trends off the top of my head. Nor can I. Well, what do you have on your list of 2025 food trends? What happened this year? That I actively participated in or that I liked or just that I remember existing. I'd like to hear both. Do you actively participate in food trends? You know, I really don't unless it's something that actually looks good to me. And I feel like I learned this the hard way when I was in college, when I went to
