social media. I think it's no surprise that in an article I found researchers

found that if we spend just one week, just one week off our accounts, we'll find

ourselves less stressed, less depressed, and happier overall. The same thing

happens for me with news. I don't spend a lot of time on social media, but news

is something that I get drug into and because of work and stuff and you're

constantly around it and I do find myself getting angry and frustrated and when

I go on vacation and I step out of the news cycle, like I do, I feel so much

better and I almost hate having to come back and jump back into it. Right, well

do you remember? I think it was a couple months back. There were these two guys

that got stranded on a boat and they were away for maybe a month and they were

like, how did you do? And he was like, it was kind of nice to get away from it

all for a while. Exactly, but I could see people with social media maybe even
