has become a store chain's worst nightmare.

Over the years, they've been able to draw in customers

from chains like Borders Books and Toys R Us

that just can't keep up with Amazon's promise

to deliver whatever you need right to your door

the same day or the next. That's where Amazon was genius is they figured out that

that was the code they needed to crack to online buying. That and making returns easy, which they've actually

done. Because that was the thing, like if you, like you can't try something on or touch it,

and so you're going to be more hesitant to buy it unless you can return it easily and man they own that I bought

something the other day that was like it was like two in the afternoon they're like

hey would you like it by tonight I'm sure I'd love it by tonight even if I have to

wait by 10 o'clock tonight. Is that okay with you?

Well, I need to go to bed a little earlier than that.
