My name is Chris, and there's football here in the depths of this show now.

Hello there, you yacht possums. Thank you so much for listening today. I hope you're doing well.

I hope you got some sleep because, man, especially if you're on the East Coast, that game last night ended late for you with the hour plus thunderstorm delay.

Frankly, didn't it feel longer because you had to listen to Jason Garrett and Chris Sims talk

even more than usual. We did have a football game. We had a football game very clearly marked

by before and after. Before the thunderstorm, the offenses were rolling.

They were dominant. By the time they got back, that sure slowed down and the teams started

punting. There hadn't been a punt to that point. And nobody ever scored again. It was 24 to 20

when the storm struck. 24 to 20 20 final score obviously a lot of variables and we're not

going to be able to draw anything like final conclusions especially because of several extenuating

circumstances but our job is to start compiling evidence and we've got one game's worth.

So let's start out by talking about it.

I think we should start with a Dallas offense,

if only because it had more unknowns coming in.

And something that just went cablooey for the drama of this game

and for divining the real information about the Dallas offense is that

Jalen Carter lost his damn mind before the first offensive snap spitting on Dack Prescott

and getting tossed from the game. It's crazy, just insane behavior. And talk about injecting a variable neither we nor the eagles could account
