| 1:06.7 | the parts of you aren't just sort of loose dissociated moment by moment you have this, then you have that experience, they're actually bound together by something very mysterious, which I referred to as the eagle and the watcher. |

| 1:52.0 | If you think, oh, I'm hungry right now that's not the part of you that is feeling the hunger |
| 1:56.9 | That's the part of you that is standing alongside the hunger feeling part and observing and as we've been building our way up through the soul |
| 2:05.3 | we've finally gotten to that part of you which is really the ruling part it's the part that can recognize reason, but it's also even deeper than what we typically think of as, you know, intelligence or argumentation. |
| 2:20.0 | It's the ground of our being. It's what binds us together and makes us into one coherent entity. |
