thinking about you and I got half like I walked halfway to the store and I was like

nope I'm turning around and I'm recording something because I need to talk about this.

Okay, you guys, this is nothing to do with addiction.

This entire podcast is not a tip.

There's nothing mentioning about alcohol or drugs.

This we're talking we're going to talk about something that I have been dying to talk to you about

I think that we are all going crazy right now.

We are like six days away from election

and everyone I know is just barely hanging on and I'm not talking about politics I

refuse to talk about politics but I'm just talking about like collectively the world just feels bananas.

So I don't know about you but for me for a while now I have been waking up with like low

grade depression like I'll have good moments through the day. I'll have frightening moments for the day.

I'll feel tragic. I'll feel happy whatever. But always present is just this low grade depression

where I'm like everything just feels off, like slightly off.

And of course it does.

We're in a pandemic.

Like we're all wearing masks or a lot of us are.

You know, our kids are homeschooling or e-learning or whatever the hell you want to call it.

We're going through crazy election time. We've protests going on. Everybody is an opinion about

everything. Driver our neighborhoods, all the yard signs. I mean it's like

it's insanity of course and I don't suffer from anxiety for me it's more
