All right. Now, on to the show. The court issued eight opinions this week, so there are now 16

outstanding cases with just a few days left in the term.

And we're going to hit a few of the highlights from this week.

So first up was American Legion with the American Humanist Association.

This is the case challenging the constitutionality of a World War I Memorial Cross that's on public land in Bladenburg, Maryland. And this week, a fractured Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of this memorial,

with seven members of the court voting to uphold it, and only two members dissenting.

Justice Sam Alito wrote for the plurality with Ginsburg and Sotomayor dissenting.

And in fact, everyone except for Sotomayor and Chief Justice
