Absolutely. It was just a typical day there on April 4th. People were shopping at the

electronic store and foremen would enter, armed, and take everyone in the store hostage at the

time. And from what I've talked to to survivors and former law enforcement,

that the demands that they made would be called bizarre. They were asking for a helicopter

to take them back to Vietnam, which was their home country of the four men that came in.

They were asking for guns, bulletproof vest, and a lot of money,
