late first I said we'd be 10 minutes late then I said we'd be 10 minutes late. Then I said we'd be 15 minutes late and we ended up I guess about 18 minutes late.

2011 was the first workshop we ever did and it's sold out, right? So it's never not sold out. So I do it more so that I don't feel as guilty when somebody says, but I got there a quarter 15 minutes after they went alive and they were all gone.
