| 0:57.4 | by federalizing the voting system along lines favorable to Democrats. |

| 1:04.2 | Things are going badly, and the President is not focused on issues that concern Americans the most. |
| 1:11.2 | So we've just had the first anniversary of Biden's presidency, |
| 1:16.4 | one year since he's been in office, and in all of the kind of think pieces that you see around |
| 1:21.8 | this, there has been a lot of talk about a reset or a reboot or a restart for his administration. |
| 1:29.5 | Here's the thing, it's just talk. |
| 1:32.6 | As he puts it together and approaches to governing in year two, |
| 1:36.7 | Joe Biden is still Joe Biden. |
