0:26.6	A family in San Antonio recently gathered to celebrate the birthday of Christopher Oliveras. He would have been 41 in January.
0:28.6	Chris was just that person, you know, he would help everyone.
0:32.6	He would do whatever he can for you.
0:34.6	My son, Chris, I has a big smile that we're all here to support him.
0:40.3	Christopher was killed on September 25th of last year inside his home.
0:45.3	And despite video evidence of a person at the scene of the crime, no arrest had been made.
0:49.3	The killer is still on the loose.
0:51.3	And like I said, the people that are responsible, they'll be caught.
