| 1:05.8 | area were subsidizing operations for the city of Baton Rouge for services we couldn't even |

| 1:13.8 | decades so we want to take our tax dollars back take our schools back and |
| 1:17.6 | create a city that we could be proud of at a world-class city without all the |
| 1:21.3 | mistakes that Baton Rouge was making. |
| 1:23.0 | Well, and we know what those mistakes are, because we see them in Houston, we see them in New Orleans, |
| 1:28.0 | we see them in every major city in the country, and a lot of it is race-based. |
| 1:32.3 | A lot of it is race-based a lot of it is race-based voting race-based |
| 1:34.5 | division race-based hatred a lack of criminal justice a lack of |
| 1:39.7 | enforcement of the laws and and we've seen the collapse of cities. This is in my |
| 1:45.0 | opinion a bellwether case of people saying I'm not going to flee to the country |
| 1:49.7 | I'm going to take back my city and create my own city the kind of city people want to live in. |

| 2:00.4 | Well we followed the law and we did everything the law required. We got 25% of the registered voters to sign a petition. |
